Mount Wilson

May 24, 2013 by in Landscape, Photograph, Photography

I took a trip up into the mountains last Sunday, to check up a couple of places for some photography and to get some "shutter therapy".As I climbed the mountains, the temperature dropped several degrees, and I ended up at Mount Wilson, as I'd been told the trees were particularly good during Autumn.Alas, I was a couple of weeks late, and most of the trees were bare, although there were some particularly beautiful Japanese maples that had retained their foliage.Mount Wilson 1Mount Wilson 2Mount Wilson 3Mount Wilson 4Mount Wilson 5Mount Wilson 6Mount Wilson 7

Apple Concentrate

The Apple store on George street is always interesting from a people-watching point-of-view.The glass walls and free wifi means there are always groups of people concentrating on their devices to photograph. It makes me think of the store as a combination of temple and social meeting place.Apple Concentrate
